Our Founder

In 1969, a visionary laid the foundation of what would become Belvalkar Group. With clarity of purpose and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Sharad Belvalkar began transforming land into thoughtfully planned spaces that reflected integrity, intelligence, and enduring value. His philosophy was simple yet powerful, built with foresight, responsibility, and lastingness. Decades later, that same foundation continues to guide us as we shape communities rooted in culture and designed for the future.

Late Ajit Belvalkar

Ajit, an architect who graduated from the University of Pune, is constantly looking into and experimenting with low-cost, environmentally-friendly alternatives to standard construction materials and ideas. Ajit is an expert in project management. He enjoys a wide range of activities, including wildlife photography and playing the sarod.

Managing Director

Sameer Belvalkar

Sameer is a financial whiz and a commerce graduate of the former University of Pune. His field of expertise includes costing and financial analysis, finding suitable land for various projects, and land purchase. Sameer is an expert in fine arts and music in addition to studying history.

Director

Neel Belvalkar

Neel, who is a welcome addition to the family of architects, studied architecture at SPPU, then known as the University of Pune. He has benefited the team by bringing fresh aesthetics and design concepts that take into account “end user happiness” in all of the projects. He adds a distinct and fresh viewpoint to Belvalkar Group after working firsthand with renowned architects, consultants, and contractors in Mumbai.

Nakul Belvalkar

Nakul is a dynamic individual with a diverse set of skills and interests. As the Head of Sales & Marketing, his BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) background equips him with a solid foundation in business principles and strategies. He is determined to elevate Belvalkar Group’s marketing efforts, visibility, and reach through contemporary and elegant solutions from a novel angle. He is a fine artist and an avid sportsperson outside of work.
